Salla Community Platform Usage Agreement

Welcome to the Salla Community platform, a social platform that enables registered users to exchange experiences, raise meaningful topics, and archive interactions so they can be benefited from. The platform is owned by Salla Application for Information Technology Company, registered with the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 4031200589. The platform works to create an organized and effective environment that brings together merchants/practitioners, partners and employees, in order to strengthen cooperation, achieve shared goals and exchange expertise in the field of e-commerce. This Agreement aims to set out the guidelines and rules that all parties must follow to ensure the platform runs smoothly and efficiently, and to maintain the highest standards of organization and compliance among all users.

Definitions:

1. (Merchant) means any merchant who registers on the Salla platform to create their online store, whether a natural or legal person, and includes every aspect of the store as long as it trades through the Salla platform, including the store's website or app.
2. (Practitioner) means any e-commerce practitioner who registers on the Salla platform to create their online store, and includes every aspect of the store as long as it trades through the Salla platform, including the store's website or app.
3. (Partner) means any person or entity that cooperates with the Salla platform through commercial or investment agreements to support the platform or develop its services.
4. (Employee) means any person who works for Salla Application for Information Technology Company, whether full-time or part-time.
5. (User) refers to anyone who uses the Salla Community platform, whether a merchant, a practitioner, a partner or an employee.
6. (Agreement)/(Usage Agreement) means the rules, terms and conditions for using the Salla Community online platform, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.

Article One - The User's Legal Capacity:

1. The User declares that they have full legal capacity under Sharia and the law, and that they are not under eighteen years of age, as recognized in the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The User declares that they are of sound capacity and are not affected by any condition that impairs legal capacity.
3. The User agrees that if they breach this article, they bear the consequences of the breach toward other users or third parties, since the Salla Community platform has no connection to the User's dealings and interactions on the platform. In that case the Salla Community platform may also hold the User liable under the provisions of contractual liability and claim compensation for the damages that may result from the breach, including damage to the reputation of the Salla Community platform in the eyes of third parties.

Article Two: Acceptance of the Terms

1. By registering or using the services of the Salla Community platform, whether you are a merchant/practitioner, a partner or an employee, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement, which regulate the use of the platform.
2. Your use of the platform is deemed acceptance of these terms, and also means that you are committed to carrying out everything stated in them in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom.

Article Three: Responsibilities and Terms of Use:

1. All users must provide correct and up-to-date information about themselves and comply with all laws in force in the Kingdom.
2. All users must refrain from using the platform for any unlawful or unethical activity, and must avoid any conduct that could harm the interests or reputation of the Salla Community platform.
3. Posting inappropriate, false, inaccurate or misleading posts is prohibited.
4. Posting random posts, or posts containing viruses or malicious software, or posts that infect devices with any virus or link them to malicious software that may harm the User's device, is prohibited.
5. Engaging in religious or political matters in any form, whether by raising them or discussing them, is prohibited.
6. Posting posts containing threats, personal attacks, incitement or insulting language toward any user is prohibited.
7. To protect privacy, posting any forms intended to collect users' data is prohibited.
8. Discussing technical problems is prohibited, as the platform is a space for exchanging experiences in e-commerce and everything related to the work of the Salla platform.
9. The platform is not responsible for content posted by users.
10. Users are obliged to compensate the platform for any legal claims resulting from their violation of these terms.
11. The platform may suspend or close any account that violates the terms or is used unlawfully.
12. The Salla Community platform may change the level of access or the permissions granted to users according to its internal policies and business needs.
13. The platform reserves the right to review and remove any violating content without prior notice.

Article Four: Confidentiality and Data Protection:

1. The confidentiality of users' information is governed by the rules of the Salla platform's "Privacy and Confidentiality Policy".

Article Five: The Platform's Rights:

1. All content on the Salla Community platform, electronic or otherwise, written or not, including but not limited to: written and unwritten text, graphic designs, technical ideas, logos, offers, button icons, symbols, audio clips, compiled data and software, is the property of the Salla Community platform and its rights are reserved to the Salla Community platform. No one may use it in any way, whether directly, indirectly or through a third party.
2. The management of the Salla Community platform notes that it will take the necessary action against any violation of or infringement on any of the platform's rights or intellectual property.
3. The platform is not responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights owned by the users registered on the platform.

Article Six: The Nature of the Platform's Commitment:

1. The mission of the community platform is to provide an interactive environment for users to exchange experiences and raise meaningful topics. The platform's commitment under this Agreement is limited to providing the electronic tools that enable users to participate and interact within the platform.
2. The Salla Community platform is a technical environment on the internet that allows users to communicate and discuss. Its responsibility is limited to providing this service, without any interference in the content of interactions and without responsibility for any violations users may commit. The platform is also not a party to any dealings or agreements made between users.

Article Seven: General Provisions:

1. This Agreement is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which all parties must respect and comply with. In the event of any dispute, the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or in conflict with the laws in force, this does not affect the remaining provisions of the Agreement, which remain valid.
2. If any article or provision of this Usage Agreement is cancelled, or any article or provision is no longer in force, this does not invalidate the remaining articles, provisions, rules and terms of the Usage Agreement, which remain in force until further notice from the management of the Salla Community platform.
3. If the Usage Agreement is translated into any other language, whether on the Salla platform or elsewhere, the Arabic text of the Usage Agreement remains the original in all dealings.
4. If this Usage Agreement is amended, all merchants and users will be notified, and their continued use of the platform is acceptance of any amendments to this Agreement.
5. The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend access in the event of any breach of these terms or non-compliance with the regulations in force. This is considered a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of the platform and its users.
